The group of participants:
- Bereaved parents
- Widows and spouses
- Brothers and sisters 
The groups will be homogenous with the same common denominator to create as accurate an effect as possible.

Formal professional accompaniment: 
The entire project will be accompanied by professionals from the world of clinical care, From the construction of the schedule through the discussion with the families until the return to Israel.

Staff :
The permanent team that will accompany the project from the beginning consists of the CLM production staff and the clinical therapists.
The team + the various Israeli parties will be in a guest house near the retreat complex.
a human beingThe staff are carefully selected people who are aware of the sensitive population we will be working with and will be trained by a professional.

The complexes:
The complexes are high-quality complexes that have passed the quality control of the CLM company, all the complexes are excellent service providers and the local staff that will be present at the retreat will undergo a professional overlap on the nature of the group and will be supervised by CLM representatives who will be present on the spot.

Most of the complexes will be fully owned by the group and some will be in the presence of additional external vacationers.
The privacy of the participants is a top value for us and we will do as much as we can for this matter at any time.

Weather :
The Carpathians and Dolomites are characterized by an alpine climate during this period, the outside temperature reaches 0° at night and there is precipitation, including snow. The complex and activities are adapted to this MZA and the retreat is defined as a winter retreat (closed premises, heating, ski activities, etc...)
In Greece, the weather is more comfortable and similar to that in Israel.

Greece, Athens area 7° - 17°

The meal:
The catering is full board and consists of 3 meals a day.
There will be an option to rely on the local food of the specific complex and at the same time there will be an option for kosher catering for anyone interested.

General highlights:
The main and important goal is the creation of a healing and neutral space for the participants while providing a high-quality and professional logistical and mental envelope. All contents are authorized and the participants will be able to act according to their feelings and vision at that moment.

Budget structure:
The budgeting of the production will be carried out by the CLM company and will include several components;
Pricing of the various overseas providers (accommodation, local attractions, transfers, etc.)
Pricing Israeli professionals + relevant Israeli suppliers including the cost of CLM employees.
As a general rule, we will strive to establish cooperation with the various Israeli entities to reduce costs in front of the lofty goal for which we gathered.
These collaborations require connections, the creation of a dialogue with relevant parties, and connections to the right channels, for this, we will be happy for any idea and possible connection.
The pricing will be visible to the appointing authorities.
